Public integrity in times of the pandemic

The situation created by the pandemic shows great opportunities for abuse of public funds, associated with the increasing levels of authoritarianism by governments. I seems that the pandemic is reflecting negative aspect in terms of public integrity. Students and lecturers will discuss and bring examples from Albania and other countries on this topic.
