Debating education & exercising Democracy

“Oxford-style Debate Format”. Four invited speakers, will be equally divided into two sides: “in favor’ and “against” – based on their publicly elaborated viewpoints, preceding the event. These guest speakers, under the facilitation of a Moderator, will structure the debate, throughout four sections. The audience will be asked both before and after the event to express their stand on the statement by voting “in favor” or “against”. The last vote will be compared to the first one, identifying the possible shift of public opinion on the matter.
