Conversation with the youth in the framework for the presentation of the Mid Term Budget Project 2021-2023 and the transparency of its implementation in the municipality of Shkodra

The Mayor of Shkodra, using the Budget Transparency instrument, will discuss with a group of young representatives the budget planned in the budget program for Youth, but will also present and discuss in a general plan the budget planning of other programs.
