Foreign Direct Investment Screening: EU Regulation on FDI Screening & Albania’s Perspectives in the Framework of EU Accession

CIPE and ICC Albania will organize an event to launch a new paper on Investment Screening Mechanisms. This event is being organized in the framework of the 5^th edition of the Week of Integrity in Albania taking place 1-15 December 2023. This event will serve:

to introduce the findings retrieved by the research conducted by the consultants, and
to open up a discussion with the audience and discussants on the next steps and actions required before adopting the EU Regulation and introducing Investment Screening Mechanism into national legislation.
