Importance of the Code of Ethics as a Code of Business Conduct, a Risk Management Instrument and a Regulatory Framework.
The initiative (a round table and stakeholders meeting) aims at disseminating the understanding of the importance of the Code of Ethics both as a Code of Business Conduct as well as a Risk Management Instrument and in the same time as a Compliance Regulatory Framework. Furthermore the initiative seeks to explore ways for the sector actors to operationalize in practice the requirements of the code of ethics into the day to day activities.
