Justice Reform Process: Efficiency and transparency of the justice system
On December 9th, the Academy of European Integrations and Negotiations (AIEN) will organize the fourth module of the “EU and Rule of Law Academy.” Module IV, titled “Justice Reform Process: Efficiency and Transparency of the Justice System,” will be a combination of lectures, interactive discussions, and group work. The main target groups include 25 professionals from public administration, non-profit organizations, media, academia, and the private sector. Some of the representative institutions that participants work for include the “Ministry of Justice,” “Swiss Contact Albania,” “Constitutional Court,” “The Observatory for Children’s Rights,” “Special Anti-Corruption Structure (SPAK),” non-profit organization “Durresi Active,” and EU Units at Municipality Divjaka, among others. The round table structure is used for modules and sessions, and the language used in the sessions is Albanian.
